Europe 2005 Never Ending Bus Companies in Sofia

Before I left the transportation area I wanted to try and get a bus ticket to my next destination. When I asked someone where I could get a ticket they pointed me to an overwhelming conglomeration of buildings, all of which housed a bus company. Talk about capitalism! I was dumbfounded. Not only were the signs not in English, the alphabet in use was Cyrillic. There must have been 60 or so bus companies in the area. In the end I got a ticket, but not without a little trauma. 11/2005
